Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering the highest quality Shia Quranic education. If you decide to enroll and pay the monthly fee but are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, we will provide a 100% full refund — no questions asked.

2. Monthly Subscription & Cancellations

Our courses are subscription-based and billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must notify us at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

Please note that once a billing cycle has started, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of that month if you choose to stop attending classes.

3. Missed Classes & Credits

  • Teacher Missed class: If your teacher is absent, we will arrange a makeup class. If a makeup is not possible, we will apply a credit to your next month's invoice.
  • Student Missed class: If you miss a class and inform us at least 6 hours in advance, we will try our best to provide a makeup session. However, refunds are not issued for classes missed by the student.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is processed via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Special Circumstances

In rare cases of medical emergencies or significant technical issues on the academy's side that prevent us from delivering more than 50% of the scheduled classes, we may offer partial pro-rated refunds at our discretion.
