1. Enrollment & Eligibility
By enrolling in Shia Online Quran Academy, you confirm that the student is at least 4 years old. For students under 18, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information during the registration process.
2. Code of Conduct
To maintain a spiritual and productive learning environment, we require all students to:
- Be dressed decently and appropriately for Quranic study.
- Treat the teacher with the utmost respect and Islamic etiquette (Akhlaq).
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment during the live session.
- Refrain from any political or controversial discussions during class time.
Note: We reserve the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who repeatedly violates these conduct rules without a refund.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
- Punctuality: Students should be online and ready 2 minutes before the class starts.
- Cancellations: If you cannot attend a class, you must inform the academy via WhatsApp at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for a makeup session.
- No-Shows: If a student is absent without notice, the session will be considered "conducted" and no makeup will be provided.
4. Payments & Billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Enrollment is considered active until a formal cancellation request is received. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, digital books, and teaching techniques provided by the academy are the intellectual property of Shia Online Quran Academy. These materials are for the student's personal educational use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% service uptime, the academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the user's internet connectivity, power outages, or third-party platform (Zoom/WhatsApp) failures.
