What are the requirements for enrollment?

For most courses, there are no specific requirements. However, for advanced courses like Tafsir or Quran Memorization, we recommend having basic Quran reading skills. For children's courses, we require parental consent and involvement.

Can I change my course after enrollment?

Yes, you can change your course after enrollment. Please contact our student support team to discuss your options and make the necessary changes to your learning plan.

Is there an age limit for enrollment?

We welcome students of all ages. We have specialized courses for children (starting from age 5), teenagers, and adults. Our teaching methodology is tailored to each age group to ensure effective learning.

Yes, we provide all necessary course materials including digital books, worksheets, and audio resources. These materials are included in your course fees and will be shared with you through our learning platform.

Can I learn at my own pace?

While we follow a structured curriculum, our teaching approach is flexible to accommodate individual learning paces. Your teacher will adjust the pace based on your progress and understanding while ensuring you meet learning objectives.

Teachers & Methodology

Are your teachers qualified?

All our teachers are highly qualified with certifications in Quranic sciences and teaching methodologies. Many hold Ijazah (certification) in Quran recitation and have years of teaching experience. They are specifically trained in online teaching techniques.

Can I choose my teacher?

We match students with teachers based on learning needs, language preference, and schedule availability. While we don't offer direct teacher selection, you can request a teacher change if the match isn't suitable, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your teaching methodology?

We use an interactive one-on-one teaching approach with a focus on practical application. Our methodology combines traditional Quranic teaching with modern educational techniques, using multimedia resources, regular assessments, and personalized feedback.

Do teachers provide progress reports?

Yes, teachers provide regular progress reports and assessments. For monthly plans, you'll receive a progress report at the end of each month. For more intensive plans, reports are provided bi-weekly or weekly, depending on your course.

Technical Requirements

What equipment do I need for online classes?

You need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. We recommend using headphones for better audio quality. Most classes are conducted through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or our custom learning platform.

What if I face technical issues during class?

We have a dedicated technical support team available during class hours. If you face any issues, you can contact them immediately via WhatsApp or email. Missed class time due to technical issues will be compensated with extra time in subsequent sessions.

Can I record my classes?

Yes, you can record your classes for personal review and revision. However, distribution or sharing of class recordings is not permitted to protect the intellectual property of our teachers and the academy.

What internet speed is required?

A minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps is recommended for smooth video classes. For optimal experience, 10 Mbps or higher is preferred. We can conduct audio-only classes if your internet connection is unstable for video.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financial assistance?
